		<description>That is another lesson that I&#039;ve learned and was going to write about: not using someone for your agent based on the advice of friend when the agent and your friend are also friends.  It&#039;s kind of like buying a used car from a friend and then you have problems with the car.  Fortunately, I signed nothing to continue working through this agent, so now I will find someone who will be on my side.</description>

Are you sure you have the right (best) real estate agent?  Seems even tho you&#039;re a novice, the agent should know all the pitfalls inside and out!</description>
